New unit last year. Worked great (Norcross Hawk Eye DF1000).
It's been sporadic this year - mostly at speed. It reads high, like 85' when I'm in 12'. Slow motoring is OK.
Would this be caused by the transom mounted transducer being too high (i.e. not in clean water)?
It does not look like it has moved, but I will lower it a little next time I go out.
