Anyone know if Katama Pond has reopened for anchoring ?

Just saw this question.
You probably have your answer by now, but the town website still says anchoring in Katama Bay is prohibited.

The cut on the south side of the bay at Norton Pt beach is still open with good flow but is much smaller than last year and has migrated right up next to Chappaquiddick. I believe the strong ebb & flood currents near the harbor entrance/ferry pt. is slightly abated this year due to the smaller south cut.
