exhaust on 2002 Amberjack 340

Have a 2002 Searay 340 amberjackwith 8.1 gas engines. on the last ride of the year my port exhaust mufflers top open up a crack at joint where the lid on it is attached.Csn this be repaired or do I get a new one? If getting a new one is there a replacement from the originals that is a better option

What's the muffler made of? If it's fiberglass, I'd think it could be repaired, if it's metal I'd think not as probably due to corrosion.

What about it's function that you want to change? If you change one, you should change all of them.

How much room overhead is there? There are welders that can weld beer cans and razor blades

If you have "lift Mufflers" do not replace with anything except a direct replacement muffler. Sea Ray had many problems with water intrusion because of other designs. be Very careful here..
