Fair price for new 260 (2007) Sundeck?

Friends of mine are considering a new 2007 SR Sundeck. It has a 6.2 L (320 hp) Bravo 3.

MSRP is about 86.4 K.
Dealer "sale price" is about 73K.

What's a fair price for this boat? (What do you think the dealer will take?). Don't know the mark-up structure for Sea Rays.

My local Marine Max dealer typically knocks 25% off retail.
That boat should sell for $65,000 or so.

Picking ours up this weekend... 25% seems to be about right, we were closer to 30% as we purchased in November (06 holdover) also there are some incentives from searay right now, (as there were when we purchased last fall) which i feel could get you closer to 30%...the only thing working against you is, tis the season to sell boats...
