Family Friedly marinas - North NJ

Can someone recommend any good North NJ family friendly marinas?

The Channel Club is nice but looking for others. Probably don't want to go farther than the bay Head area as a home port since we would be driving to the boat from NY.

Anything out there?
 
It sounds like someone has had enough of SPBM!

Get a cruising guide for the area, they list all the marinas and the amenities. You can also see where nearby points of interest are, and where fuel and restaurants are.
 
Check out marinas.com. You can filter by state, town, ammenities and the site provides aerial views of marinas. We recently changed marinas and found out that the distance from the parkway was a major factor in the commute time. We use to go to a marina in Brick that was 20 minutes from the pkwy and had to deal with alot of traffic & lights. When we moved to another location in South Tom's River, I wasn't too thrilled about having to travel further south. But I found that it actually takes us the same and sometimes less travel time because the marina is only minutes from the pkwy.
