florida boat theft may soon be legal-urgent please

a ohio couple had yacht stolen in south florida. after filing police report was filed police totally ignored. the people who stole vessel for a CIVIL claim of back money owed. the marina hired group to go to couples house take 45 foot yacht and bring back to dock. after bringing back to dock they chained boat up and severly dammaged yacht. not they have filed in federal court to have yacht sold for their civil claim of back monies owed. if the court should side with these people it will be legal for anyone claiming a boat owner owes them money to go take boat-trash it then sell it without any court paperwork or liens.ALL BOATERS SHOULD BE OUTRAGED AND YOUR HELP IS NEEDED. SAY NO TO LEGALISING BOAT THEFT CALL ME ANYTIME WE CAN ALL SAY NO. PLEASE HELP
