Fresh water tank 96 sundancer 300

My aft cabin capret is damp in a few spots. I have a feeling my freshwater tank or hose is the cause. Has any one else had this problem.

Do you have a seperate A/C unit in aftcabin? Maybe drain line is pluged in unit allowing condensation to drain on floor rather than out the pan drain.
