I Need a little help,
I had to pull my 82 gal alluminum fuel tank for other maintenance. I am getting ready to reinstall it and I tossed the old straps. Does anyone know where I can get some new stainless steel straps for the tank. The tank is 10 inches high, 20 inches wide and 8 feet long. I have looked in boatfix and I can't find any staps. The straps that were in it were approx 3/4 inch wide with rubber pads. The straps where secured to the bottom of the hull with glue. I am replacing the wood supports in the bottom of the hull. The straps were hooked together with a u-bolt at the top. Thanks for any help.
