Garmin Ique 3600 Palm PDA - Charts?

I noticed this item on the BoatFix home page. Sounds like a great deal...but:

Does it support marine navigation (not just road maps)?

I notice it takes an SD card. Assuming it does navigation, can I download free NOAA ENC charts, or do I have to buy Garmin proprietary charts?
