Gas in oil..

I have a mercruiser 3.0 L and am getting gas or water intrusion into my oil. I've had the heads and manifold magnafluxed and they are ok. Boat runs great but after about 10-12 hours of use noticed oil was cloudy and changed again, for the 4th time. It smells like gas, how might gas get in oil? Thanks
