Gelcoat repair

I had a couple of small gelcoat repairs done a few years ago which all have now turned yellow.
Can anyone recommend a good gelcoat repair guy in the New Rochelle NY area Thanks

Welcome to the club, mine all are turning yellow. Its funny because there was a old repair there when I got the boat turning yellow.
So I called in a expert and he said when they mixed it they did it wrong and he could fix it.
He did but now its back to yellow. So apparently no matter what I do it is a 4 year repair.
I am told some good compounding can help, I have heard try baking soda, hull cleaner, FSR.
Its not very noticeable but I see it in certain lights.

Another option is respray it with white gelcoat.

What about some 2000 sand paper to test if it's just the very outer edge discolored from the sun?

Yes wet sanding will help... butit will come back. Only real fix is respray which is what I did . I was told they mixed to much hardner as the repairs were done in the winter.

IDK .. its pretty fing sad to pay twice for a repair
