Why is it that so many captains seem to be suffering from accute glewedbutitis? a disease where their behind appeared to be glued to the helm seat and they are no longer able to move around to set their fenders, lines or operate their anchor windlass?
ever noticed that? so many just sit up there like pachas with their wifes or girlfriends doing the work... and often you can tell they are clueless about it setting fenders at the wrong height or passing the lines over the railngs...
