Good news and Bad news!!!

First, let's start off with the good news! :)
We have accepted an offer for our boat and our closing date will be on April 17th.

And the bad news :( is obviously saying goodbye to our precious boat which we happen to love dearly. We will definitely miss those times when we would go out on our boat and just have a hell of a good time! All you boater aficionados would know what we're talking about.

But we will definitely be back and hope y'all will still be around by then. Who knows the sale might not even push through. For the meantime, wish us good luck and hope to see you soon guys!

Rob, we never got the chance to get together for you to try our burgers. If we sell our boat, maybe you can invite us to your boat and if you want us to sleepover we might even throw in some pancakes (I swear to you they're the best! We can even have a "Karaoke" [:-sing] party as well.
