Grounding new aluminum fuel tanks.

I understand that my fuel tanks and the metal fuel filler flanges should be ground/bonded. Do I go from connection on tanks to flanges to ?????
What do I bond to? Metal thru-hull fitting or bronze grounding plate on bottom of hull?
What size/type wire?
