I am a "new" owner of an old (75) Gulfstar Mark II and would appreciate some advice/input from time to time.

Yes buy an anchor to email and join the NBR fun.

We have a lot of experienced people here so go ahead with your questions. Many things on your boat are not unique to gulfstar.
