And according to Haverstraw Marina rules they are not allowed to do any construction while the pool is open (Memorial Day - Labor Day). So if its not ready by Memorial day weekend then maybe in 2009.
 
I saw the steel work today. Could not help but think how much more they have to do. Fairly small crew as well. If I was a betting man I wouldn't give very good odds for them being done by the start of the season. But then there is a reason I don't bet on things!
 
Maybe the grew for steel work is small, but you never know how many guy's for the other trades come in, and steel work goes pretty fast, it's just the frame. Their not building a high rise.
 
I know this is going to hurt some of you but the Tiki bar was taken down as well!!!!!

Looks like they are building a new one out of steel thou.

Steel frame is up, roof trusses are on, kitchen area is framed out. Working fast and furious...
 
They were working this past Sunday again. It may happen yet!
 
Like I said it's not imposible if they have a good crew and forman, the job can get done. OT OT OT
 
Mike the steel was used because they found that when the folks from PB came over the roof started to sag. You know, "bring down the house"?
