When I am seated at the helm on the 3880 on plane – I always seem to need to use the bolster to give me a few inches more height to see over the windshield (I am 5'9" – so no high chair comments please

Does anyone have the specs for the seat pole and/or a good source for one that is maybe 6 or 8 inches longer so I do not have to use the bolster – or a good source for an adjustable seat/pole that you can raise up and down as needed?
I do not want to do major surgery – just replace the pole that the seat sits on or get a new pole and seat that can fit into the same deck holder now on the boat
Please forgive such a basic question – but this is my first place to go for research on any topic dealing with a Regal
