replaced 1997 with new engine (long block) however everything except alt,power steering is new! Merc mechanic put it on computer and said everything looks "inline" "no error codes" this is after the a map & tp sensor were reeplace along with the fuel injectors and the ecu. it will only turn 25-3k rpm under load. In neutral it runs normal should run 42oo-4600 WOT ** 44 mph but it is running ** 3000wot ** 10mph. Any suggestions?????????
