The pump out for my holding tank (for manual Raritan head)is on the deck which is fine if I'm in a marina with pump out facilities. How can I empty my holding tank if I'm out at sea past the 3 mile limit? Do I need some kind of special pump or do I need additional lines running from the tank to a overboard outlet or something else? Thanks.
