We just returned from our Keys trip and stayed at Holiday Isle last week and the rumor is it has been sold as of Dec 15, 2005. It is rumored it went for $95MM. At that price it will have to go condo - upscale at that. Well, I guess I'll get my money right to get a preconstruction bid when it goes up. Too bad the Icon has been sold, but I guess that is progress.
