Moving key to run pos, I get the 2 beeps & guages come to life. Verified throttle is in Neutral pos. Swaped out IGN related fused on top of eng. This is the left ENG on a Regal 3060. Spoke to a Mech on phone. He tried to tell me where some Circ. Bkrs are on front of ENG. I think he must have been thinking of a different ENG>

Any suggestions before I call for high-dollar help?

Thanks,
Doug

Does the engine turn over when you turn the key?? Do you hear a clicking sound when you turn the key but the engine does not turn over? Does the engine turn over but will not start??

The engine does not turn over. I will round up some help and check for a clicking sound. I
do not hear one from the driver's seat.

If it turns over don't worry about the clicking sound. I was thinking maybe you had a low battery situation and that was the problem. So now since you have an engine that turns over there are two things to look for. Do you have fuel and do you have spark. Fuel is a dangerous thing to mess around with on a boat so it may be better to just call in the pros. It is possible your fuel pump is not functining or you could have an ignition problem.

Doug, you specifically mention that the trhrotle is in Neutral position.

Double double check that..... move it around and make double double sure - ie: that is usually the culprit when everything else seems good.

In the meantime, and not to start it again, your main circuit breakers should be on the firewall in the forward part of the engine compartment.

Push the BIG RED BUTTON(s). :)
