I'm going to winterize my 1988 Fresh water cooled Alpha-One 5.7L (carb) engines and wanted to see if this is a good procedure:

The boat is going to be stored outside in the Boston Area:

#1: Boat comes out of water
#2: Add fuel stabilizer to fuel tank
#3: Wait (How long before stabilizer has completely diffused through out tank? Hours, days, etc?)
#4: Replace fuel filter/water separators.
#5: Install water muffs on Alpha-One Sterndrive water intake.
#6: Warm up the engine until it's fully warm/hot.
#7: Drain oil, replace oil filter, add new oil.
#8: Drain FWC coolant, replace with new FWC coolant.
#9: Disconnect Fuel line to carb.
#10: Fill 5 gallon bucket with RV antifreeze.
#11: Place sterndrive into 5-gallon bucket filled with antifreeze.
#12: Start engine up and immediately spray lots of fogging oil into carb until the fuel in the carb float bowls empty/stall out. Also make sure the 5-gallon bucket of RV antifreeze doesn't empty out before engine stalls.
#13: Spray carb and engine block with WD-40

Is that a good procedure? Is the order/sequence correct? Are there any missing steps? Are there any unnecessary steps?

Thanks.
