Hey Everyone....Anybody gonna be out this weekend?? Jewfish? We have a couple friends in town and thought we might make a run down there if anybody wants to hook up Saturday
 
With Gus out there making all this nasty weather, this weekend is ruined. There is a bright side, when everyone up north is winterizing, our season will be getting nice.

Our plans have been shut down also due to Gustov.
The parish we live in has called a mandatory evacuation order at noon today.
We were planning on heading West to Texas and come home tomorrow.
We will have to re-schedule.
 
Yeah...Gus provided some interesting weather on Sun...We ended up heading down to Ft. Myers Bch in their "Land Yacht" (RV) and saw tides about 4' above normal with very choppy seas...

rduhon-hopefully you and your family are doing ok and were spared damage.
 
we ran up to indian rocks for the weekend. had a great time. if it were not for that i would have been at jewfish, and yes i would have riden out the storm on the hook
 
We survived well, but it messed up a long boating weekend.

You guys be ready, it looks like there are a couple more heading our way.
