LifeForm LED underwater dock lights. Any good?

LifeForm LED LF5 underwater dock lights. Anybody use these? How do you like them?

I think the issue is gonna be that they are going to get fouled with growth.

The underwater lights on my boat need to be brushed every other week in the summer. These can't be much different.

My neighbor in the Keys has these and they never get dirty.

The heat from the bulb keeps all growth off, no barnacles, no grass/slime.
