Guys ,
Im sorry to say Art Stacy has passed away. ( screen name : ART boat name Kinja )
Many of u might not have even known Art was even sick. He was diagnosed with cancer not long ago ( weeks ) and thats why he put off his transfer to FL.
I dont know the details of any serivces but i will keep u posted. HE will be deeply missed!!!

Yes, he will be missed. Please let his family know that they have all of our deepest sympathies.
 
Art was a vast source of knowledge that he shared quickly and willingly. All of us here have a better understanding of major port systems and VTS operations because of his posts. Along with most here, I had no idea he was so sick.
 
Perhaps someone can ask Irene for suggestions.
 
Mikee, if they want ACS donations, you are better off going direct. You'll have a receipt and they will get processed right away.
