Marina's and Hotels

Any nice marinas with (or very close to) decent hotel in northern NJ area? Am coming out of LI sound and don't want to go as far as Atl. City. Normally would stay on the boat, but will have some guests who would like the hotel option.

You would have to define Northern NJ as NJ waterfront starts up the Hudson and then goes south, and West in some cases, from there.
 
Sorry for not being specific. Thinking about anywhere on the coast from NY harbor south.

Try the Molly Pitcher Inn/Marina in Red Bank. You will have to come through Sandy Hook Bay and up the Navesink, but its a nice hotel (check about transient slips first though). Further south you will find mostly Marinas close to motels until you get to Atlantic City.
 
Point Pleasant Area - Crystal Point if you can get in. It is a marana/hotel/catering hall as well.
