My marina neighbor is selling his boat and gave me a "system" Oxidation remover, polish and liquid wax.
I played with it a little bit, applied/removed by hand, foam pads / microfibers. APPEARS to work pretty well with easy on/off.
I don't want to invest the time with Meguire's (even though it was free) if the stuff sucks, feedback needed!!!

I've used them exclusively for years and the ox. remover is great for dull and faded gelcoats.
You must follow the instructions and buff out 'til it's almost completely gone, 2-3 sq. ft. at a time. If you don't, you'll get swirl marks.
the polish is a good product but has no silica in it so it won't remove oxidation, but it does add to the gelcoat's finish.
The wax (pure wax?) is OK but won't last as long as a paste wax.
Overall, I give that 'system' an A- or B+.

That being said, use Meguiar's Cleaner/Wax if your boat is still somewhat shiny and doesn't need compounding.

Thanks Buzz,
after I convince myself to invest the time, I'll post my results.
