I have no problems starting the engine and throttling up right away.
However, when I have to idle out of the river to get to the lake for more than 10 minutes. Once I get out there and try to throttle up the engine feels (no power) and sounds (missing) like it is choking. I throttle back down to idle and slowly bring up the engine thing seem to work just fine. My 1st thought is electrical (not enough spark). Once I get going the engine is producing enough electricity.
Note:
Voltage meter reads 12 on my gage when running with nothing else on.
However, running with the blower on the voltage meter drops 10.
When the engine is having choking problems, it seems to be worse when trying to trim (using electricity).
Any thoughts?
