Mid to Lower Chesapeake Bay Vacation

I am planning our week long vacation following memorial day. I am currently located in Deltaville, VA and looking to head south.

I have visited Bay Creek in Cape Charles and York River Yacht Haven on the York River.

Any other suggestions? I would like to keep it within a 30 to 40 nautical miles.

I can't tell from your post whether you want to go to a single destination for the week or are looking for overnighters. I enjoy the runs from Norview to Onancock, Tangier Island, and Norfolk/Portsmouth. Have stayed overnight and enjoyed different atmospheres at each. Can't vouch for extended stays though.

I am looking for a mutli destination trip. So far we are planning the following:

Head south to Mobjack bay and spend a night or two in Put-In-Creek.

Head further south to York River and spend a night or two at York River Yatch Haven

Head east across the bay and stay at Bay Creek in Cape Charles for a couple of nights.
