Most expensive yacht

I dont know Guys smart enough to build up 14+ billion of worth yet spends 1/3 of it on a 100’ boat?
 
Was thinking the same thing. He basically threw away 1/3 of his wealth
And why such expensive material? Doesn't help.
Those other yachts at 400 ft are <1/4 the price. That big Carnival Cruise ship cost less than 1/2
 
Gold Plated Anchor?? Really, what a waste of money.. I'm OK with wealthy people having extravagant things, but this is just shameful.
