I have had this 2000 29ft Doral for 9 months, it had SS dul-props and a 7.4 Volvo engine. Moreover, I am finding thing not working properly. For one, when I get up to 2500-4000 rpm's on plan and try to tilt and trim the lower unit either up or down, the out-drive, engine, transmission, lower unit or all the above stalls or momentarily shouts down until I relies the up/down trim switch on the lever. Again, the second I hit the trim up/down switch the boat will stall in turn, throwing me forward momentarily then letting off of the switch everything goes back to normal running at the same speed on plan like nothing happened. I have never held the switch down to see if the engine or whatever stays shots down, I just release the switch as soon as it happens.
