Navigation software for notebook computers

[Belzedar]

Is there Windows land navigation software for auto travel that uses real time GPS data for trip planning and tracking like there is for marine navigation?

Thanks!

Another good one is Co-pilot live for laptops:

That's a decent package because it's one of the few laptop GPS antennas that is WAAS enabled.
