Need Bilge Cleaner Recommendation

Looking for a good, yet inexpensive bilge cleaner.
Want to let the liquid remain in the bilge after were done with the initial cleaning it so that it will slosh around and continue to clean the bilge while we're running back and forth to the fishing grounds.
I've heard that some bathroom toilet bowl cleaners actually work very well for that purpose, but that some are far too caustic.
Any suggestions or recommendations?

You may want to try some designed for marine use. At least consider getting the pads to keep in the bilge after you clean it:
