New Years Eve

Every year, we try to head out and spend New Years eve someplace on the the water. We've been all over, from a midnight New Years cruise at Point Pleasant, NJ to an absolutely frozen main Street in Greenport and a really nice overnight in Block Island. OK, there was just one restaurant open but it was still too much fun.

This year, we are going to Jamesport, RI and dinner at Bay Voyage. Maybe we'll head over to Newport after dinner. Anything to be near or on the water.

Hope to hear from all of you next summer. In the meantime, Happy New Year.

Ditto, this I gotta here. I am watching the snow coming down and trying to remember what Block even looks like in the summer!

Oh well, I ran it by the admiral last night. She said NO. New City Boat show wins the vote. I guess I really can't complain. Too friggin cold at Block nowadays, April sounds good to fly over,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
