Today is the first day that sunrise has joined sunset in banishing the dark. Old Sol came up 1 minute earlier this AM than on Friday. Good weather through next Saturday with a little bump tomorrow night. Knock on wood. Ouch!

Actually Gerry is correct. The sunset does set later by about a minute or two later each day following a few days after December 21st but the morning sunrise is a couple minutes later for a few more days. The link below is a good reference.
