Omc Cobra 4.3L v6, fuel pump

Ok im a newb at boats..i am in the process of replacing the fuel pump but i think im missing the eccentric push rod that sits where the pump mounts up..also the pump wont even mount, once 1 bolt is in the other will not line up..
