OPSail 2012

For those on the bay and near the bay, OPSail 2012 will take place from June 1st to June 12th in and around Norfolk, to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the war of 1812.
This looks like it might be fun and have some greatr photo ops. I think my wife and I will attend as my daughter lives in Norfolk and the timing is when we were thinking of exploring the lower bay.

They will be leaving Norfolk on the 12th and coming up the bay to Baltimore on the 13th. I am planning on heading out and joining them on the way into Baltimore. Should be something special to see.

OPSAIL 2012 will be huge! In fact, ships will be scattered at berths from Great Bridge to Norfolk, Portsmouth, Yorktown, and even Cape Charles.
