We traded in our 2003 Four Winns cuddy, which served us well in the brackish Chesapeake. Now that we are living in salty Florida, it is time for outboards. We bought a Sea Fox 288 Commander. 9'8" beam. Carolina style bow flare. Twin Yammies. Sea Fox had many problems 8 or 10+ years ago, but they seem to have been producing decent boats recently. Time will tell how this one holds up. We bought the boat that the dealer dragged around to the boat shows.

A very close fit in the lift slip with its 9'8" beam. The length ended up being much less of an issue than what I had anticipated.
