Pelonis Disc Furnace as boat heater

I am considering the Pelonis Disc Furnace HC-461 to heat my boat while it is unattended. This heater has multiple safety features, a 7 year warranty, and is stated to be designed for continuous usage. It has an electronic thermostat that reads the actual temperature. I would plan on only setting it to 50 to just provide minimum heat in the cabin to control moisture.

Any advice on this plan would be appreciated especially from anyone who has used this heater or the previous model HC-455.
