I found a pinhole in my starboard engine wet exhaust tube while changing the engine oil.
The tube is a fiberglass material. What would be the best way to seal the pin hole? I'm not sure how hot the tube gets from the engine exhaust?

Thanks,

Ken

I had a similar problem. I cut a few small squares of fiberglass mat, wet them out with WEST epoxy and put them over the hole.

Sealed it very well.

I have a roll of electrical "looking" tape called X-treme tape. I bought it at the local Ace. It sticks to itself somehow. Once stuck it's not going anywhere.

Wow, had same problem. Mechanic just found it. But it was a bear to find. At idle at the dock there was no leak. But after running boat I would open engine hatch to find many things sprayed in salt water. Had no idea where it was coming from. Mechanic removed the fiberglass tube, ground down outside and reglassed the whole thing.
