Plans for Franks Tract?

I liked the UC professor, who made the point that even with all of the science available to us, we still need to slowly experiment, until we observe positive results. And that Part I may be X effective, combined with a tweaking of Part II, which might get it off the flat spot. But the key is there is not - and there won't be - a perfect solution created on the drawing board...
