I have the ridgid line plumbing in my 36 carver. Its leaking all over the place. I would rather use flexable reinforced PVC ( 5/8 good to 200psi ) The fittings are nipple and clamp.. seems much more fool proof. This concept is important with me. Is there any problem going this route ? Boat is in fresh water if it makes a difference.

Doesnt anyone have a notion of whether this is an acceptable solution ? There seems to be some of this type hose in the low pressure systems of the boat, but why not on the high pressure side.. it takes 200psi at 150f ?
