polish ceramic tile???

Bon ami was used to remove black marks on ceramic tile. It appears to have dulled the glaze in spots on the tile.

Any suggestions on how to repair the shine?

Ceramic tiles are a vast description and dependent upon which tile you have they can be coated and/or glazed in many ways.
Unfortunately there can be no possible value added response unless the exact tile coating is known.

Thanks Smitty but all I know is that it is cheap builders tile.

Maybe some toothpaste. Try it on a small area first.
