I've got 4 different props, and this weekend I want to see which ones work, and then see which one works best.
Question: Do I have to bang the tabs in on the prop nut anti-spin washer for each prop I test? Or do I run the risk of the spinning the prop off the shaft by not using that washer, and holding the prop on only with the nut?
My plan was to do this in the lake rather than taking the boat out of the water to change the props. I've got a float tube.
Obviously when I find the right prop, I'll use the anti-spin washer to complete the job. Any thoughts?
