Proper Trim?

Make that improper trim. My boat lists 25-33 degrees to starboard when traveling at speed (3000+ RPM). It is normal trim at low speed. I can correct by trimming up the port outdrive about half-way up. However, I can't figure out why I'm having the problem. I did not experience this last season and ran with both outdrives trimmed all the way down.

Boat is equipped with Bennett trim tabs controlled by one rocker switch for bow up or bow down. I've played with that at different speeds, but trim tabs seem to have no effect on the problem.

Before going to a boat yard, need suggestions on possible causes. Help!

p.s.: I did not see a 'search' function on this site. Sorry if this is easy to find elsewhere!
