I have a platform for a pwc. It has no rollers just the plastic bunks. I can push it off but the wife cannot. Is there a roller kit that can be added?

Anyone have any experience with modifications before I have to buy one with the rollers?
 
Grease the skids somehow. Mine takes some muscle as well, but that same tension holds it in place. I'm thinking you could rub some white lithium grease on it or even some WD40. Probably a lot more cost effective than buying a roller system for it.
 
They make 'slick' pads for replacement of carpet on bunk trailers; might work for your application.
 
Thin wide strips of Starboard will work better if the connectors are countersunk to protect the hull but this will not make a huge difference. I had good results using silicone spray on my bunk trailer to get the boat to slide much easier but you need to reapply every 3rd or 4th launch to get the best results - silicone spray cans at Home depot not too expensive.
Is there not a way to get a better angle on the jet ski to launch that can utilize a 'lever' , 'lift' or some other method to get the bow up and stern down?
 
Are we talking a trailer or a lift? I've seen folks use generic Pam spray on the bunks of a trailer. If it is a trailer, is there carpet on the bunks?
 
This is a platform. I will try lubricant.
I thought someone may have invented an upgrade with rollers for this. Most of the new ones have rollers. Thanks for the input. If you see a product that would help, please post it.
 
Just remember you will be putting it on with engine power. Something that is wax or to make slide also makes jet ski go right over it. I seen it done at a marina where I was it landed on dock.
