First year with this boat. According to the delivery captain who went over everything with me, the boat has "quick connect" water supply lines. It may be quick to connect, but I can't figure out how to disconnect the lines as I begin my winterization process. The female side has a collar with two tabs that look like they should be pushed in (like some of the medicine bottle caps that require you to apply pressure to both sides while turning) and then the line can be removed. I've tried everything and could not get the lines disconnected. Owner's manula was no help. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If it's plastic lines into plastic fittings, the 1/2" or 15mm type, then you push the collar into the fitting and slide the tube back out of it. Just hold the fitting firmly and press the collar inward, this will loosen the pressure on the line and allow it to be removed from the fitting.
