I haven't been cleaning my boat regularly since I got it (about three months ago). I keep it in a boathouse, so it's not so bad yet.

I do, however, need to get all the typical cleaning supplies and such. At this point, I have just washed it by hand a couple times. I've been thinking about the Swobbit Deluxe Cleaning Kit. Any opinions? Would other brands like Shurhold be that much better?

BTW, I looked on Boatfix for this and couldn't find it.

Thanks!

Nice package, have to wonder if you are paying for how it was assembled or what they are giving you! Ask if the microfiber towel was made in China or South Korea, if China then it is not a "deluxe" package, it's just stuff someone packaged.

Looks like you have a pretty nice boat from your profile, do you have a dock box? You'll need one by the time guys get done with your question. Get one long or adjustable pole, 2 brushes (stiff & medium), plastic cleaner & plastic detailer for eisenglass, glass cleaner & huck towels for drying, plenty of towels (I prefer microfiber - 16X24,20X40,26X48;don't get the 25/pk from China waste of money), a couple of small iron type brushes, then start collecting cleaning supplies and taking notes on which clean what surface best....and have fun [:-baseball]
