Boats in water all is good except two issues. Can't get my temp gauge to read temp...replaced sending unit and gauge...2006 Volvo Penta 5.7 GXI...
Also having problems getting from Forward and Reverse back into Neutral...Outdrive is OMC Cobra...Anyone know of a reliable/trustworthy mechanic?!?! Hard to find I know....Someone please help....Thanks!!!
 
Got a mechanic, I can ask if he will come to Freeport. Are you allowed to bring outide mechanics in?
 
I've had some good luck with Champion Marine. Tom and his son Tom are very fair, and the son did come to my boat. They're located on Hudson Canal.
 
Thanks guys...I'm in the Baldwin Harbor Yacht club...Maybe Champion Marine is closest so I'll check with them.
