Removing 3M 4200

I need to replace an underwater light that was sealed with 4200.

Any advice on how to do it?

Any chemicals that will work?

The debond works pretty good. Used it on a hatch years ago

DeBond works well. Orange oil based cleaner works nearly as well.

DeBond( according to instructions) , HOT putty knife, and/or micro-braid fishing line between two handles to saw through it.

Here's a test comparison of a few mostly common solvents.- DeBond was far the best on 5200.
